At BRANCACCIOFORNO, we are dedicated to the art of traditional baking using sourdough. Sourdough is an old world process using time and fermentation. It takes 22 hours to complete a loaf. Each loaf embodies our commitment to exceptional quality and delightful flavors. Located in Park Slope, Brooklyn.
